Please inspect merchandise upon delivery and report any damage or shortage within five days by calling the Parts Department at 800-654-6329. Shipping charges are extra, and will be added to invoice. Orders for in-stock items will normally ship the same day or next day. We offer shipping via UPS, USPS and SpeeDee Delivery and will use the most cost effective method. Note: Only USPS can to P.O. Boxes. Partial Delivery: We reserve the right to make partial shipments. Invoices covering those shipments should be paid when they fall due.

Return Policy

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt, with exception to warranty items. Returns must be received in unused resalable condition (new and in original package), with exception to warranty claims. All returns are freight pre-paid by the customer and may be subject to a 20% restocking charge or higher dependent upon the manufacturers return policies. RETURN MERCHANDISE requires a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number assigned prior to shipment. Please contact our parts department to obtain a RGA by calling 800-654-6329. Please be prepared to provide the following information:
  • Invoice or Order Number
  • Item Numbers
  • Your Contact Information

Returns will not be accepted without an RGA number. All packages must be clearly marked with the RGA Number and accompanied by a copy of the Returned Good Authorization Form. Items returned to O'Day Equipment, LLC without proper documentation will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% or higher dependent upon the manufacturers return policies.

Returns caused by customer ordering errors will be charged round trip freight, and a 20% restocking charge or higher dependent upon the manufacturers return policies. Special order items could be higher or non-returnable. We are more than happy to send out vendor literature before you place the order if you are unsure of a product's capabilities.

For WARRANTY ITEMS, once the item has a positive warranty determination, a replacement, repair or credit will be issued at the Manufacturer's discretion. Credit or replacements will be issued when goods are received, inspected and the item(s) is approved by O'Day Equipment, LLC or once credit is received from manufacturer.

Orders CANCELLED after shipment are subject to round trip freight charges.
